Been waiting along time to go here. Staff were brilliant. Friendly and attentive. Food was great, freshly prepared and everything was hot! Not like some restaurants u go to when things come out warm as they been left under heat lamps for ages.

Had a really good meal here but be prepared for lots of cheese and jalapeños on everything and then topped it off with a birthday bonanza sundae, which came with my very own cowboy hat 🤠 we travelled by motorcycle so I gave my hat to a very sweet princess to look after. We will be back :)

Myself & Family visited Smith & Western this evening for a Double Birthday meal & the guys in the restaurant didn’t batter an eyelid with arranging our Advent.. we’d like to phrase the Lady waiter (Emma) Especially she really put on a Good Show!
Meals We Opted For: TNT Wings, Nachos To share, T-Bone Steak, Ribs & Chicken Combo, onion Rings, Sweet Caroline Burger & Mexican Style chicken with rice/Salad. All of the starters & main were of a good generous sized really well prepared too. The T-Bone was slightly well done for my liking but there was a Huge amount of food to prepare..
Finally the deserts we Opted for: Childs Mini Doughnuts, Childs Ricky Road & for the finale was the Huge Belly Buster wow what can I shall it was Huge we managed to share it amongst 4 of us!!
Really good Atmosphere this evening, Good Food with a very acceptable Price too 👍🏻

Well worth visiting if you are nearby. The food is perfect and the atmosphere is something to behold. Friendly helpful staff and plenty of parking. I will be back in the future!

We had a lovely meal last night at Smith & Western. The atmosphere was excellent. I had an 18oz T-Bone with peppercorn sauce, curly chips, and a juicy salad covered in honey mustard sauce. My wife had an 8oz Rib-eye streak, baked potato and salad. Both were delicious and filled the spot. Our waiter was excellent as well.

Amazing place to be honestly first time I ever went there.
The seating is brilliant as you can have out back seating or seating out front or even inside the place!
The food is absolutely amazing but kind of expensive, i would recommend this place honestly worth the money and I have no regret spending the £80 for me, my misses and our 2 kids.
We will definitely be going back to this amazing place, it also has lots of parking so really worth the money.
This second review (update) is from going on 1st July 2023.
UPDATE: Recently, I went here again with my family.
We were ordering desert after our meals and ordered the big sundae (forgot its name but its like £17 or something). As we all tucked into it I had a big bit of plastic in my mouth which was in the ice cream...
The reason I am writing this is because if my Autistic son or other son had it they could of choked to death.. thankfully it was me who got it in the piece I ate..
They gave us a discount on the food which was brilliant. However, this is a WARNING to families. Please be extremely careful as I am not joking this was big enough to get lodged in your throat and even cut it was the edges were sharp.. it was white plastic so it blended in with the ice cream and cream.
Please be very very very careful and take this update serious for your families sake!

We've been to the Lingfield branch restaurant a few times and it's usually packed so you definitely need to make a booking in advance. The service is normally friendly and efficient. However, when they've been fully booked, on occasions we've waited more than 30 mins for service or for drinks orders.
The food is plentiful and yummy! We've ordered the platter a couple of times. The last time we ordered the platter we were a bit disappointed with the taste of the ribs. Too much sweet bbq sauce overpowering the taste of the food.
Overall, I recommend this place, particularly for a family treat night and it's a kid friendly place.

This place is amazing. We love it so much to drive from London to have Burgers here. Country decoration and vibe is spot on. Fair price. Our server Scott was very attentive. All in all highly recommended.

This is a great restaurant. The food was amazing with plenty of choice. There was so much good choice hard to choose. The food was very enjoyable. The staff were really friendly and were helpful. Service was fast. Would recommend if in the area.

Great food and place. Service was excellent, particularly Tommy. He patiently explained all the menu items, mainly the children's options for our two boys. I strongly recommend it if you are in the area.
