Pub with a beautiful outlook. Can be very busy. Food is generous and tasty, but it can be pricey. The inside of the pub is beautifully quaint, and loos always clean. Didn't stay in the hotel, but it does look like it would be idyllic!

A chill spot by the lake, the Wiremill Pub in Lingfield is a real find. The lake view is awesome, perfect for a laid-back meal. Tried their fish and chips—super good and a big portion. Service is friendly and on point. Prices are fair for the vibe and what you get. A solid spot if you're into good food with a view. The Wiremill Pub is a must-visit for those seeking a perfect blend of scenic beauty, delicious food, and excellent service.

Wow - what a great pub/ bistro. I'd say this is "worth a drive to". Superb views over a small lake with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was top quality bistro style food including the children's option. Proper cod goujons. The staff were attentive and helpful, offering blankets when it got a bit breezy and offered to help find a dropped toy. Excellent value and a great range of wines and beers at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This was the second time we were visiting this pub. And it was great. We had Sunday roast this time and never had such a delicious gravy before. Service was a bit slow. I asked for additional gravy when they first served the food. But I got the gravy only at the end when I had 2 morsels left. So for that reason I'd give 3 stars for the service.

One of my favourite pubs out this way in Surrey. It's an absolutely beautiful venue serving a great menu. It's a Hall and Woodhouse restaurant/pub so a variety of Badgers ales on which is excellent. The location is truly amazing with views of the lake and of course the pub itself being a converted 15th Century water mill. Definitely worth a visit...

Lovely spot for family lunch. Only downside was we were a big group and there was no space outside for us to sit. This would of made the meal better

What a lovely place if pictures could speak a thousand words staff all very friendly lovley setting nice larger and the food well I think you'll see from the pictures. Thoroughly worth a visit indeed make sure to book as can get very busy especially on a Sunday. The roast beef was melt in the mouth and the pudding was a corniche vanilla ice cream which again was nice. Its a bit down the beaten track but has a very warm feel to it also steeped in history.

We shared a lovely birthday lunch on a Wednesday. There was a good vibe with relaxed, happy customers, The food was delicious, well presented, perfectly cooked, just not 5 stars, as the caramelised onion relish was missing from the starter and pumpkin seeds from the main. (Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars). It's not too pricey, especially for celebrations, we had cocktails as well (one non-alcoholic, a house special) and the location is wonderful, tucked away, listening to birdsong and watching the water skiing on the lake. Definitely recommend.

Booked a table for 7 of us at lunchtime over Easter weekend. Food was delicious and the portions were good. We sat outside by the lake and it was lovely despite being busy. I would recommend it and go again for great quality meal. Only issues were: Parking was difficult and indoors had different levels and was dim, making it hard for elderly members of our group to use the facilities.

A absolutely stunning historic old foundry mill turned into the beautful restaurant bar. Stunning inside and out with seating on the decking sat on the edge of the lake. Beautiful vibes, great views, friendly help staff and grand food 10/10. The food was great with a good selection. Plenty of choices to drink. I would phone and reserve seating for the best views.

Having been to the Wiremill on a number of occasions I have to say the place is a hidden gem! We had my mother in law come to visit and she stayed in the rooms as a serial complainer even she was kept quiet! the food as usual was fantastic and Rebecca and the girls all looked after us, love the place can't fault it

Great food, service and location. Get over early when the sun's out, as can get busy. Aside from good lunch and evening menus, I recommend the breakfasts...fantastic!

Great Sunday brunch. We ate at the Wiremill on Sunday 15th March 09. Have to say we found the venue here and loved it! Although they were very busy we were served with a smile and the girls couldn't do enough for us. I found the attached picture on their website and it really does look like that! It is one of the most beatiful pubs i have ever been to and they have boutique hotel rooms so we will be returning...thanks guys fantastic day out
