Lisburn Bow Street Mall store - I have a stammer and the girl who served me, was the kindest, most patient person I've EVER ordered from. The shop was busy, but she took her time with me. She didn't try to rush me nor interrupt me. I wish I got her name so I can personally send her a thank you letter.

Spacious cafe with plenty of seating. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Place was quiet when I visited. It was clean and tidy.

Staff were so friendly and efficient, shop was clean and clear, nice gentle music playing, from entering store to sitting down with coffee only took maybe 5 minutes maximum :)

There is a guy here called Stephen who was front of house. They were flat out and it was extremely stressful by the looks of things. However Stephen was the model greeter and kept a smile on his face. Fair play!!

The staff are really lovely and I would like to compliment Lawrence in particular, i had been meaning to write a review for a while, I really appreciate how he asks every time ‘how is my day’ he is always smiling and very polite, he’s a great worker. Most important is service in a business like this I think.
