Shopping lovely, great choice and excellent quality for going out outfits and tee shirts for gardening in!! Spent fortune. Downside...cafe at door very overpriced, unfriendly, although is cleaner than usual. £6.40 for latte and cake, that's fine but to get on paper plate and paper cup to sit in makes it a rip off .Lemon cake disappointing😕

Met with two of are special friends from Dublin in the cafeteria who we had not seen from the start of the pandemic, We had a lovely tea ,cake and coffee together, The homemade selection of cakes and buns was fantastic, They serve many different styles of coffee and tea, The two pieces of cake and two coffees plus two teas was £17 so less than £3 per item which is reasonable value in the present times, The cafeteria can get very busy at lunch time and early afternoon, the staff who served us where very friendly and very helpful, I would recommend this place if you want plenty of parking and a warm and friendly atmosphere to have a great coffee or a pleasant relaxed meeting with a friend or family member.

A lovely, large, bright shop. The grocery section is absolutely fabulous and there are large homewares, clothing and beauty sections also. Dropping a star as recent "improvements" have actually removed a lovely eating area and the selection of men's beauty items was reduced to half a stand on my last visit, which was hugely disappointing.

Sublime. It’s hard to explain perhaps it was built on a magical landscape? But the energy is so good here. Always people are happy here and friendly so even if you just walk through the store browsing you feel better. Quality is excellent and my favourite is the bath and beauty section which is huge and there’s an amazing aromatherapy section. Love the cashmere selection by autograph. Such a nice place and recently there were Christmas Carol singers there

This is a fantastic store, with everything you need in 1 shop. The food hall is superb and has a wide range of plastic free alternatives and refills such as frozen fruits, bakery, dry foods such as pasta and cereal all on refill you just bring your own container. Very happy to see these big brands implement this low waste way of life and fantastic to see more people using it too.

Called here to get a new suit and some business wear. Kirsty, the shop floor assistant was OUTSTANDING. She gave advice and help on what to buy. She was genuinely interested in customer service and nothing was too much for her. She also engaged with the kids and helped them pick some lovely clothes. The only criticism is that not all of the staff are as professional, helpful and friendly as this young lady. She should be made manager or trainer in customer service.
