Absolutely amazing place, had a celebration there for my sons 18th, the staff, food, hospitality and location was second to none, I can not thank them enough for a wonderful memorable night! Thank you so much, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We went yesterday for a little birthday treat! We both had the Ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection for both of us. Mine medium done and my husbands medium to well done .....and both exactly right!! Wine and real ales also excellent!
Would always recommend the lake lounge. Staff and management always really nice and helpful, and smiley ...which these days is sometimes missing in a lot of places. Well done Lake lounge!! xx
Had a excellent overnight stay. Apartment much larger than expected, very clean throughout with a lovely friendly welcome on arrival.
What an amazing night last celebrating our sons return from 5 months at sea. Staff are always amazing and attentive. Food is unbelievable and will never disapoint. This place is a must if you are visiting hollingworth Lake.
Fantastic vibe and a relaxed atmosphere. Georgia my saint was especially supportive. I, a lost traveller, was in a bedraggled state with no charge on my phone lost in the country. She came swiftly to my aid whilst making sure her paying patrons were well quenched as well. Can't wait to come back for a fat sesh when I'm flush later this month. Fun vibrant bar staff, young but far from gormless. Not stood around chatting waiting to go home, but making for a great atmosphere with swift service. GOO ON LAKE LOUNGE!!!!
We had two different chicken dishes both beautifully cooked. Mine was piri piri but wasn't much in the way of piri piri but still cooked lovely chicken mushroom a delight. Both staff members were friendly and helpful situated facing the lake. Parking across the road free after 6pm
Had a lovely wedding anniversary lunch 14th Sept, the service was amazing, the food was delicious, the place was very clean and tidy, would definitely go there again. Thankyou to the young lady who served us (didn't get your name sorry)
I have stayed at this place 2 times and must say I’m extremely impressed, amazing food staff and accommodation/rooms, helped me out with a lot of things and made me feel welcome.
If your visiting Rochdale this is a decent place to stay!
Delicious food.. Sunday lunch is delicious.. reasonably priced and brilliant cocktails which are on offer.. Will definitely be back... been back again tried the tapas menu this time and this again was delicious... I'm craving the samosa chick pea dish which was amazing... ( also had crispy beef and king prawns n chillie and garlic with crispy bread which were also great!) planning 3rd visit...

By lake. Small plates, mains, dessert, and bowls. Crisp chilli beef & patatas braves hit the spot. Partner bowl poutine, chicken strips, he was stuffed. Tuesday night so good service, but quite a few dining in. Garden out back never been in. Pleasant all round
Visit with friends for food and drink. Had various items from tapas menu which were all lovely. Cocktails two for £12 went down well lovely decor. Lovely staff and a very pleasant evening had by all. Forgot what it's like to be out without the kids :)
Lovely food, ordered too much, clearly my eyes were bigger than my belly. Staff kindly boxed it up and I finished it the next day!
