Lovely little chippy. Good size fish (cod) and a good size portion of chips. Definitely go there again!

I had a big order as we have 9 mouths to feed. They were very accommodating and asked what they wanted for each order. They then put everything into a large box for us. I've added the updated price list
Known for local celebrities to visit. The most notable being chip enthusiast, Joe Benn. Bloke knows a hair net like he knows the back of a goal net. Banging grub. Highly recommend.
Hot fresh fish & a huge amount of chips even the small portions are big 😁 BUT the food can be variable at times! I have had a couple or 3 when the food wasn't up to the usual excellent standard.....These events are rare thankfully - I stopped going here for a few years ago due to not beinp happy with the food......Since returning for the last 18 months or so, back to great tasty hot food & good value so 5 stars from me! 😁

Battered fish cooked to perfection. Good size, thinly battered and no grease at all once on the plate. The chips were fresh and once again cooked so well and a very good portion size. Well worth it.
Very good. Fish and chips were cooked fresh. Portions seem very good size, 3 of us ordered medium cod and small chips each but the quantity of chips could have fed 5 or 6 people really. Fish was lovely. Chips were not the best I've had from a chippy but certainly by no means the worst.
Definitely worth calling in if you are in the area and fancy fish and chips.
All good for a lunchtime treat.
Fish was lovely and fresh, my batter was perfect, but my friend said it was a bit soft, but this might of been, as it was at the bottom, when I got home. If it was wrapped separately, it wouldn't of been an issue. Usually extremely good.
