Can't comment on the rooms here as we all Came here for a dinner & I must say we all enjoyed what we had. I personally had the steak medium Rare cooked to perfection I'd definitely return for another meal if I'm ever in the area again.

We met family there for a lunch. Food and service were very good. Reasonably priced making it great value for money.

Pub by the Arun- when you book a table ask for a river view- although make sure tide is in!
Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. We bought our dog along and they provided a bowl of water for her where we were sitting. Only down side is that you can’t sit with dogs with river view.
Very good menu, with lots of good options, the sort of menu where you just can’t choose as it all looks good!
Harvey’s beer and London pride on tap which was good to see and we also had a lovely bottle of white wine from Languedoc.
Not the greatest looking pub from outside and inside is quite basic but I would definitely go back as food and service is very good.

Food was excellent, had the three course menu with friends, the chilli chicken starter was a table favourite followed by exceptional fish and chips! Polite attentive service can't fault the place.

Lovely food, very good service, beautiful view of the river. Just a bit loud when it's crowded, but does quieten down as evening goes on.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here - very clean and comfortable room with lovely view of estuary.
Great location for walks to beaches or into town and very near station.
Very friendly and helpful staff - welcoming - excellent food with good options for most tastes including vegetarian and pescatarian.
Very good service in all areas. I look forward to staying again. Thank you to all staff.

Family meal only. No accommodation.
Went for a meal on spec. The place was very busy, but the staff fitted us in ( 5 adults, 2 children & 3 small dogs.
The place was nicely done out, very friendly helpful staff. The atmosphere was lovely.
The food was fab, fresh, nicely presented, a good range of choices for both adults and children.
The whole experience was excellent.
Highly recommend, if you are near Littlehampton you visit.

Great location. Good food. Excellent service. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking. The view over the river is spectacular, but one needs to reserve to get a table with great view. The whitebait was very good. Pasta was slightly overcooked. The seabream was very good and the sauce especially yummy.

Absolutely lovely place to eat. I had the fish and chips (again), love it. Service was first rate. Give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
