Picked up from Littlehampton which is a 15 min drive but the Bognor site refuses to take orders over the phone.
Very friendly person on the phone, very helpful.
On arrive staff were smiley and friendly.
Glad I came to this address and will continue going forward 😊

Ordered a large pizza and sides yesterday. When it arrived there was a topping missing. Phoned up and spoke to a very helpful guy who apologised and rectified it. Used this branch before and will definitely use again. Very good customer service and food is always good.

I ordered a delivery online and I made a mistake - NOT them, me. I ordered a classic crust when we needed gluten free.
When I called them about it I was only asking if they'd send a new one and I'd pay for it.
They offered to swap it for free anyway!
