The Chef reccomendVisited last night before our night at the cavern club . Absolutely loved it ! A good vibe , busy , staff were very efficient , quick and friendly . Food and drinks came out really quickly and couldn’t fault any of it . I had the hanging steak .. so tender . My partner had the pichana steak .. we both would visit again ! Thanks guys .. well worth the 6 hour drive from Norfolk 😂
Went here a week or two ago and I have to say.. this was the best scouse I have ever tasted! Exactly how it was supposed to be. Perfectly cooked and presented. I also had the steak which was cooked exactly to my tasting. I take my hat off to the chef. The restaurant is cosy and snug so at any point you will not feel unattended to. All the staff were very helpful, professional and approachable, the service was great. The music choice also created a fantastic and upbeat atmosphere. All in all. I highly recommend. (Get the scouse). I didn't take a picture, because I ate it.
Quality delicious food. We have gone there for a girly lunch and I had a hanging beef skewer ( it was done to perfection) with sweet potato fries (really nice and crispy). I enjoyed it so much so that going back for more with my steak libelling partner again ( in the same week ha).Staff were really kind and friendly. Beautiful place all in all. Many thanks

We visited tonight for dinner. Great atmosphere and staff were amazing - especially Priscilla who made my cocktail to order. Food was quick and delicious- recommend a visit - we will return xx
Ate here at the weekend with a friend for lunch. Food was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The 3 chaps serving us where very efficient and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for food either and price was quite reasonable. Happy out :)
12 people were looked after extremely well. We were seated upstairs. The food and service was first class all the party commented on the standard We were all first timers at the restaurant we will definelty be back. Thanks Geoff
We came here after receiving a coupon from the doorman of The Cavern. We completely forgot to use the coupon however we were not disappointed. We drank beer with shots of vodka and ate burgers the size of our heads. The burgers were high stacked and served with chips and a giant pickle. The atmosphere, food and friendliness of the staff was second to none and it was worse the extra expense for such a good experience. Based on menu and location you can imagine the prices are not the cheapest however we certainly ate and drank our money's worth. Sit by the window and watch all the Beatles fans shuffling along the street outside and be sure to check out the toilet humour.
Came in on a busy rush, served by the lovely priscila and got seated with drinks within 10 minutes. Halloumi starter was great and would really recommend the sweet potato and carrot mash too. Chicken burgers were great and the brownies and ice cream tasted fab. Will definitely recommend this place :)
Nice Steak restaurant with cool music. Great beer from the tap. Ordered table via internet. Everything worked as it should be and was tasting good
Bang average there is a lot nicer restaurants out there was still decent tho would not be rushing back
Decent spot of calm on rowdy Mathew st. Ticked away a bit really. Calm place with decent music, and friendly staff. We didn’t eat on this occasion but will return to do so
Excellent review for our early Xmas celebration, food was lovely and cocktails superb we would highly recommend. Please put our server Gerald forward for a Christmas raise/bonus! Top lad, great crack and spent time giving us recommendations of where to go for our first ever time in Liverpool! 5* will return.

I have been to Festival for lunch and have ordered the tastier steak I have ever had in UK in 11 years. Angus steak with vinagrette salad highly recommended. I also ordered coxinhas for starter and it was delicious. Customer service on point! We were served by lovely Mariana who treated us with a lot of professionalism and care, very nice lady. Definitely a place to come back to on my visits to Liverpool.
We called here for a meal whilst on a visit to the Cavern. The staff are great very helpful and pleasant, the surroundings are lovely. The food is fabulous, we had the Boss burger and the Cod Stewart, both very delicious. I love the quirky menu. I will definitely return on my next visit to Liverpool.
A place just in front of Cavern Club, hence, convenient. We thought it might be too much of a tourist place. However, the meat was great, friendly service, steak skewers were excellent, so were the desserts. Well done!
We were with 2 person from Netherlands, the food was deliscious en very good service, we really enjoyed it. When we come back to licerpool we will eat here for sure.
A lovely meal Saturday night with great service, would definitely recommend this place, we got15% off as we did the magical mystery tour which again is worth a visit.
