Maray - Liverpool - Photo album

Some of the best Middle Eastern food I've ever had. A great selection of dishes, all made to perfection. The flavours were incredible and the restaurant itself was great to sit in. I couldn't recommend this enough. Staff were friendly too, which is always a bonus. This is a must try if you're visi
What a delightful gem of a restaurant. We loved it. Food delicious. Service superb. We didn’t want to leave! We had heard about Maray via a podcast and we were not disappointed. Bold Street is a super competitive place and I’m delighted that Maray is competing with the best. Will visit again. Jus
Ideal dinner date with an impressive vegetarian and vegan offering. The pitta redefines what you should be expecting from a Mediterranean restaurant and the flavourful mezze showcase meat free food at its finest. Fresh pomegranate seeds elevate many of the dishes, particularly the seminal disco caul
Food was very decent but nothing spectacular. Cauliflower was nice but very sauce reliant in taste and one dimensional in texture. Sea bass was crispy but flesh was overcooked.
This restaurant is probably the most flavorful one I have come across so far. They know their spices. We ordered a few dishes and all of them are delicious. Coming from Asia, I did not expect the food to pack this much flavor just like the other restaurants I have visited. But that is not the case w
Long-time patron of Maray, normally visiting the Albert Dock restaurant but walking past the Bold Street one ans seeing tables we chanced our arm. As expected we weren't disappointed, if you want flavoursome tapas then Maray is the place to go. The disco cauliflower is sublime (from someone who hat
I took my daughter here for lunch, and we both absolutely loved the place. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It's a little small inside, but that doesn't take away from its charm. If you don't want to be inside they do have outside seating, too.
So good! I was visiting Liverpool for the first time in a few years, and Maray was on top of my list for places I wanted to go back to. The food was still as amazing as I remember and we enjoyed every dish. Service was friendly too. I’ll definitely be back.
We had a phenomenal dinner at Murray. The disco cauliflower was a particular stand out.
Our favourite place to eat when in Liverpool. The food is amazing and the service is so good too. Have a seat at the counter if you can - it's so much fun. Alfie (hope I've remembered correctly) is so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and drinks - all of the staff are lovely and there is c
We had a great night at Maray! Amazing array of dishes which were all delicious. Whipped goats cheese, the falafel and olives were real highlights. Delighted to find I could get a glass of champagne and the wine list was creative and delightful. The shelf to the side of the table was inspired! Tha
I went there with my husband for an early dinner and I can’t say that - the food is delicious food. The service was great and amazing atmosphere. We had the steak which was well cooked. We started with the Cauliflower Bhajis which was some thing new to me, but it was a delightful surprise. The baked
11/10. Explosion of flavors and every mouth was so good. Our best meal in Liverpool. Last meal of our trip in Liverpool, thanks for making it memorable
Popped in for lunch while wandering around city centre. Had the disco cauliflower which was mind blowing/out of this world!! So many taste sensations at once. Also the calamari which was good and a glass of prosecco. Place was very quiet given location. Two staff in there were really lovely, friendl
The food at Maray is incredible! We've never had a bad meal there and have always left talking about how amazing the food looked and tasted. The staff were really lovely (as always!) and the atmosphere was beautiful. Highly recommend!
The waiter and chef was excellent that Maray deserves the highest rating. We visited on a Sunday and they were serving Sunday roasts. Since me and husband follow halal dietary, the waiter took care of our requirements and took an extra length to confirm all the meat on their menu were halal. She was
One word - INCREDIBLE! We could not get enough of the dishes here, you must try the Disco Cauliflower and thank me later! The Falafels were delicious, could not fault any dishes we ordered! Can't wait to come back, compliments to the chef!
Since the first time I went to Maray & fell in love with disco cauliflower I have wanted to share with everyone I know & I finally got the chance on Saturday to share it with my sister. And true to my instinct she felt the same about the disco cauliflower & all the other food on offer as I did. The
