Food and service was absolutely fantastic! So good i am writing this review before i have even left the place, as i have seen in the recommendations in the reviews i ordered the king platter....oh my lord it was so good and cooked to perfection i asked for medium and it arrived as medium......staff was brilliant with my little 6 y/o girl and even gave her a balloon and flower which made her day....would give 10 stars if i could...definately will come again great job guys👍
I would loved to have given 5 stars, as the service provided by Lisa was excellent, and really made us feel welcome. However, we ordered a dry aged tomahawk steak which cost well over £100, and though the quality of the meat was excellent, as was the theatre with the staff coming to the table to slice and prepare it, the creamy potatoes were a let down. The sauce which are not included in the price were not great, but okay. I think if some vegetables were included, such as some sprouting broccoli, some green beans or carrots, and perhaps some crispy potatoes baked in beef fat, it would enhance the experience and would definitely be 5 stars. But there is no doubt that the quality of meat was excellent.
The customer service, hospitality and steak are great. Our host was lovely and made sure everything was okay. I really enjoyed the prawn starter. My partner ordered a steak and they were spot on with it being rare and so juicy. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you
Me and my husband really enjoyed the food here.. Starter was lovely and the main with peppercorns sauce and mushrooms sauce was delicious. Will be visiting again. Thanks for the lovely experience.
This was an amazing experience and we loved everything about this restraunt. Initially we were apprehensive as we were not from the area and the restraunt is in the middle of some shops but we are so glad we have tried it. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The food menu isn't massive but every dish we had was perfect. The complimentry dish at the start is big, starters are smaller but a perfect size so you can still fit in your main dish. They showed us the steak before they cooked it and cooked it in front of us which was lovely. I can't wait to go back.
4 star on the overall experience due to the longer waiting time than expected and only potatoes, no mash with the steak 🥔 Lovely rustic decor inside the building. Seating roughly around 32 people inside so a nice cosy little steakhouse. We did go during a full house and got our order on time and the staff serving us were friendly. Travelled from out of town and being a Liverpool fan was pleased to see pictures of the Liverpool stars having visited the restaurant! Had the chicken starters and halloumi, was great. Chicken was not dry at all and was spicy but not hot. The steaks were cooked nicely but the star of the show was their creamy spicy sauce. Really flavoursome and went nicely with the steak. Would definitely recommend to anyone to visit.
First time there! With family who'd been previously (and had loved it)
We had Waguy beef and a T bone from the meat fridge! Although more expensive than having something off the menu it was amazing and worth every penny
Staff were extremely knowledgeable about the cuts of beef and were very attentive
Overall was an amazing night with fantastic food! Without doubt one of if not the best steak ive ever had
The steak was superbly delicious from a flavour and a noticeable quality difference from most places. You don’t get much for the price but it certainly makes it worth it from a quality aspect. Would recommend anyone to go!
Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Restaurant was clean and tidy and the decor down to the menu was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
Really Amazing Steak Place would highly recommend the prawns are amazing 👏 great service also by all the staff . Very impressed sorry no steak pic I was too hungry 😋
