Very cute and cosy cafe, been several times now and always had a good experience. Friendly and attentive staff who are always very pleasant and happy to help. Food is exactly what you want, hearty and tasty. It may not have the finest quality ingredients but it really hits the spot. Drinks are tasty too. Will definitely be coming back.
As others have mentioned though, for some reason it is cash only so make sure you take cash with you!

A great neighbourhood cafe on trendy Lark Lane. Serves a good range of breakfast and lunch dishes, at very reasonable prices. Coffee is particularly good - nice and strong!

Good staff serving good food in good humour. A fine way to mark mothering Sunday. First the good : the drinks order was quickly taken and accurately fulfilled in the crowded On the Pallet. When the food arrived the story was slightly different, some of the order was not accurately supplied and a delay ensued. When it returned all of our party were happy with both food and service.

This is one of my all time favourite places to eat in the whole of Liverpool. It's a fabulous little family run place, all of whom go above and beyond to make their customers welcome. The food is amazing!!! Never ever had one complaint about it and the place itself is just lovely. Small and relaxed atmosphere. I love it here!!

I would give this place six stars if I could. The service is great and the breakfast menu is amazing. Great selection of drinks and wonderful ingredients cooked brilliantly. If you are in liverpool it is a must visit

Really nice fry up, well priced as well. Good veggie options to boot, and the coffee was quite nice as well. It's cash only, which wasn't an issue, but is probably worth knowing beforehand if you're interested in a visit.

Friendly staffing, excellent service and good honest food.
The atmosphere is relaxed and for me a great place to have a Sunday breakfast or brunch.
The space is shabby chic yet comfortable.
We had the full Veggie breakfast with eggs cooked perfectly.
Last but by no means least, the coffee here is excellent. Again honest down to earth Americano. Their blend is perfect for your morning coffee fix.
