Absolutely amazing service. Booking the bridal package was made easy with excellent customer service. The food was amazing and organised fantastically. Entertainment was engaging getting people up dancing. I would definitely recommend this venue it’s so pretty and looks even better in real life! Thank you all so much

Absolutely beautiful venue, perfect for the start of our hen do. We had afternoon tea which was pretty nice, the warm scone was the highlight! Only dropped a star because looking at our booking we were supposed to have tea with our food which was never offered or mentioned - we did order cocktails while we waited but I would've appreciated the tea with the food as advertised.

Went to Jam today for the first time for Mother's Day Afternoon Tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were lovely and the live singer was fab! Had a really lovely time with my family thank you Jam!

Lovely afternoon tea but service was slow, we had to ask for our drinks a couple of times and waited quite a while. The staff were obviously working hard but it seemed really understaffed considering there were large group bookings in.

Came for a baby shower. Very glittery place which is beautiful for girly party. I had starter prawn cocktail and salmon for main course. Everything are perfect as it is.

I can't thank the staff enough for the time we had here. We were there for a bridal brunch. The food was all pre-ordered and was absolutely delicious! The decor in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredible and so friendly. Extremely accommodating and allowed us to spend alot of time taking photographs in front of the beautiful flower walls with the most amazing light designs. I can't recommend this restaurant enough for all your celebration needs! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!

My friend and I went in for a quick cocktail with our wives, apart from the owner, we were the only 2 guys in a room full of about 50 women. But the atmosphere was so good we stayed for an hour and indulged in 2 each of their tasty pina coladas.

I honestly can’t thank the staff at Jam enough after our hen do plans being cancelled less than 48hours before the day Jam fitted 15 of us in for afternoon tea which was so delicious, entertainment was amazing and of course the decorations!! Thank you again you saved my best friends hen do!!! Everything was amazing from start to finish xx

We had a lovely baby shower afternoon tea for 21 people on Sunday. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Our waiter Liam was helpful and entertaining, nothing was too much for him. The decor was beautiful and the correspondence from booking to event was really good via email. I had to change the number of guests a couple of times and we also required 2 different diet requirements. None of this was a problem and was dealt with, without any fuss at all.
