We went for Sunday lunch. It's a little bit more expensive than other places in the city and was ok, not great. The service was good but there were more staff than customers and they hovered a lot so I felt a little uncomfortable. I'd read other reviews before going so I felt it had been over-rated. I wouldn't go back for Sunday lunch but would try it another time.
Lovely meals, we have been there many times and can't fault this restaurant.... A must... If your in the area
I have been to 60 Hope street on a number of occasions and it has always been a wonderful experience great food great staff fantastic wine list. You have got to and experience for yourself
60 hope street is one of those restaurants, where you can experience food and service of the highest quality and not feel that the place is 'too posh for me'! My partner and I have been numerous times and we have always left very very happy! The menu makes sublime use of local produce, presented perfectly and served with a very warm smile! Liverpool.. This is somewhere to be proud of! The best part is, is that they have a seasonal menu for under £20 a head plus a bottle of wine! The best £20 I've ever spent!
5 stars with full marks!! a destination restaurant that elevates Turkish cuisine to places it rightly deserves!
Every aspects of the dining is well taken care of, from service at front of house to food and atmosphere.
Elite 60 is certainly a place I would recommend to family and friends.
Had a sightseeing trip around Liverpool with a friend and we decided to eat here on our first evening. What a joy, impeccable service with very friendly wait staff and the food was excellent. I had Tavik sis and my friend had Acili tavuk, all cooked to perfection and delicious. We finished off the main course with baklava which was the best I have ever had. Altogether a really enjoyable meal and very reasonably priced, highly recommended.
My family and I visited here yesterday evening for the first and certainly NOT the last time time. We were served by very polite friendly and attentive staff. Every one of them were beautifully presented and smiley. I had houmous to start and Tavuk Sis for my main (chicken served on a skillet with peppers and onion). This also came with a fresh dressed salad. It was delish! We all enjoyed our meals and were very impressed all round. We had house wine which was of a high standard and water on the table. Thank you to all who made our visited a very pleasant experience we will definitely be returning.
I was there with my partner last week, coming out of Philharmonic. Definitely a treasure restaurant in Liverpool! Such a warm and charming place with very friendly service and wonderful food. I particularly loved the texture of Wangyu, I just couldn't have enough. My partner loved sea-bass.
I was told that there was a cocktail bar down stairs and I got a glimpse of it. Very cosy indeed! And the bartender seemed very professional. I was definitely tempted to come back some other day.
Will recommend to my English and Spanish friends, cause this is the place fit for both special occasions and some casual private chatting with someone.
Hesitated about booking even though the ratings were all excellent, we were so pleased we booked - restaurant was decorated beautifully, the staff were amazing and the food gorgeous - we had the Elite Mix with additional sides of mushrooms (to die for), chips (to die for), mixed veg (tasted oily) didn't need them as the Elite Mix came with a salad bowl. Already singing it's praises to family and friends - we'll definitely be back. Thanks all staff who made our evening most enjoyable.
Tried this restaurant last Saturday evening with my wife, was really impressed with the food, starters of octopus and prawns followed by mains of fillet steaks. Must say that the level of service given was excellent, the staff know what there doing in this place. Finished the evening off in the cocktail/wine bar below, great choice of wine and great cocktails. High end prices but well worth a visit, will be back.
I fell in love with this place as soon as I entered..elegant decor, pleasant atmosphere, delicious dishes and cocktails, high quality of service and lovely place for a couple.
I'm still excited about such a luxurious place in Liverpool. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and I will definitely come back there with my love.
My partner was looking for somewhere for us to eat near to the Everyman Theatre and happened across this restaurant online. Well what a find it was. The food was packed with flavour and totally delicious. We had mains and dessert as we didn't have enough time for more. Service was excellent with all staff being very friendly. We'll definitely return and next time will make sure we have enough time for their 4 course taster menu.
It is in the higher end price bracket but you pay for what you get.
Lovely chilled atmosphere and would recommend for special occasions / well deserved treat.
Very much looking forward to going back.
Had a meal here with my wife. Food was delicious, waiter's and waitress were excellent. Atmosphere was really chilled and relaxing. I believe this is one of the best restaurants in Liverpool, certainly the best Turkish one!
