Lovely meal here tonight! Staff were really friendly and helpful, giving advice on menu choices. Food was really tasty and restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely pass by this place again.
The ambience is great. Staff are so polite and helpful. The spring rolls and pho were on point. Our server explained how to eat the pancake and we had a great time.

Service was v slow, trying to catch the eye of a server initially was really challenging, and took a while bur eventually once things got going it was lovely 😊
The lady serving us was very polite and accommodating. We didn't get her name but she had glasses and a sleeve tattoo. We traveled up from Hertfordshire and this was the first restaurant we visited and we were very pleased with the food and service we received. The food came out fast and was hot, delicious and reasonably priced for being in the centre of the city. Thank you for having us!
Always excellent. Pho is one of the best Vietnamese chain restaurants. The Liverpool branch always brings out freshly cooked food, with fresh ingredients. Food is always on point and the atmosphere is always chilled. The staff are also very lovely. Tonight we were served by Meg and Millie, both class acts! Recommended place to eat and have pho! (The rice dishes are also fab!)

my first time at this restaurant and i will be coming back soon! such good service, especially from waitress Maisie, all the staff are so friendly and tentative. there is a wide variety of food and i can’t wait to try more, the chicken curry is amazing and the starters look unreal. they also have student discount so it is great for people like me. the music is great, it is busy but not loud and it just has good energy. would recommend!
Really nice food! Been there many time. This one time the noodles wasn't soft enough and they took it back to the kitchen although I said it wasn't necessary, and they fixed it for me. Excellent service 💕

Absurdly good food here. My nephew and I visited after an action packed day in Liverpool and the noodle dishes here are sensational. Pho also does a smaller child sized bowl. My particular nephew, extremely fussy with food, really enjoyed it all.
