We visited Bill’s this evening looking for a light meal and had a really lovely experience!
I asked for the gluten free menu (not coeliac but prefer to avoid gluten)and was very impressed by the wide choice.
My burger was absolutely delicious and my husband’s starter portion of calamari was a generous size. We couldn’t resist a dessert.
The food was delicious and the staff friendly and attentive.
Highly recommended!
PS The flake in my sorbet was from my husband’s brownie!
Food was good, just a little on the cold side. Service a little erratic. Tables seated after us were served first. Very busy, good atmosphere. Overall a good place for Brunch.
Really nice dining experience. Food and drinks were great but the highlight was the staff. They were so friendly and attentive. We were served by Nimo (hope I'm spelling that right?) and another young girl, they were both excellent. I had the BBQ bourbon burger and a side of halloumi fries, probably the best halloumi fries I've had.
Visited for drinks one evening then returned for breakfast the next morning. Both times we had our dog with us and both times the staff were absolutely fantastic.
Lovely atmosphere- great drinks & lovely food.
We were happy to pay the optional service charge
As usual a lovely breakfast in a trendy, comfortable urban setting. Only my second time in Liverpool Bill's but really they are all splendid and follow the same ethos of decent grub and cool decor. Only a granola with fruit and yogurt for me today but excellent.
My best girl friends and I enjoyed a wonderful holiday teatime here yesterday!
We ordered the bottomless pancake and hot drink, which every dish is detaily made and was really tasty!
The service from Nimo was really great, her assistance brought us a more comfortable experience and we do enjoyed the gathering a lot! Thank you Nimo <3
Service was good! Food originally came out cold but a new dish was instantly brought out, which was perfect.
The manager and waitress were so apologetic and helpful and made sure our visit was worth while!
Went for a bite to eat one afternoon and went back for brunch a couple of days later! Lovely small plates and brunch. We sat outside on both occasions and irmt was lovely just to watch the Eurovision juggernaut pass on by with a glass of wine in the sun!

I went there in a Sunday, and I enjoy the food. I order the NDUJA & BURRATA MEATBALLS, and it’s a nice meal when you need some carbs and proteins!
Probably during my stay here in Liverpool I’ll be back to try other dishes.
The first time we have been here I got to say the food was excellent and the smoothies brilliant a bit expensive but what would you expect for a restaurant
