7 rowdy bus drivers phoned up late and they accommodated us with an extremely friendly attitude until we left..

Fantastic night and would definitely recommend the purple olive the place to go if you like a meal and can have a bit of a giggle.
Visited last night spare of the moment thing arrived at 5.15 greeted by friendly staff ( it did not actually open till 5.30) but never the less they showed us to our seat ( lovely clean and trendy ) left us for couple off minutes returned with menus took our drink order and returned shortly after with our drinks but didn't rush us to choose our food left us to decide in peace then took our order food arrived and I must say best Indian I've ever had so will deffo 100% will be going back again and highly recommend it to everyone all round good food pleasant staff and I must add very reasonable priced ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow the restaurant is stunning and one of the best looking I've ever been to. The waiters were very friendly and polite and the food was amazing. Everything was so tasty and we both went for chef special dishes to try something new and loved them. Definitely a five star and can't wait to come back again 💯

First visit last night, the hottest day in history of the UK with a party if 9, so the air conditioning was so welcome. Fabulous visit from start to end decor, ambience, cleanliness, comfort, table linen all very good. All 9 of us chose different dishes with assistance from extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful waiter, he knew his menu well. Food was delicious and piping hot and all served together +++. The service was excellent, such a pleasure to be served by well trained, friendly and professional staff who actually appear to enjoy their job. I only caught one of their names, I think Dan but they were all amazing, thankyou all. A thoroughly enjoyable evening at a very reasonable cost, cannot recommend highly enough, thankyou so much.
First time at Purple Olive. I've heard people rave about how nice the food is, they were not kidding. The food was absolutely delicious. Sorry, there are no pics of my food, it went down the moment I got it. The aromas really hit your nose in a very pleasant way.

Consistently high standard of food. We have takeaway quite often, and have been there for Christmas dinner several years in a row. They do get very busy, especially at weekends, and a very minor criticism is they sometimes miss items from your order, but any problems are quickly corrected with a phone call.
One of my favourite restaurants. Always excellent food. Spicy butter chicken is superb. Also have a really good sweet chilli sauce they serve with the poppadoms I've not seen elsewhere. Highly recommended
Never lets us down, staff very polite and professional, food was excellent great evening. Only minor problem was the air conditioning was a bit drafty but it was a warm summers night
Called ahead. Said we can walk in. Granted, it was 10 pm on Friday. Didn't expect miracles at that time. They said head down, it's fine. Service and food were fantastic. Only drawback was they literally started cleaning up around us. Again, fine, it was late. Weren't a big fan of 2 bleach filled mops placed on either side of us whilst still eating. Made the scoff taste like domestos. We asked for it to be bagged up and scarpered.
Always a pair going here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to eat.
