Only came to find this pub yesterday (staying in the Ibis) a brill find ! As a Guinness drinker 10/10. Lovely and warm place and a very nice bar maid. Will be going there again when I am in the capital of north Wales !
Saturday May 20th, what a fantastic local pub, hosting a massive Trooper beer party before & after the Iron Maiden concert at the Echo arena. Brilliant atmosphere, very helpful and friendly bar staff, great food. Thank you very much for a fantastic day!!

Nice bar with a good choice of cask ales. Smallish inside, but lots of outdoor seating.
Great place for a nice drink, good selection of beers, staff are friendly. Has the sport.
Also if you look at it from far away the chimneys makes it look like the front of a ship!

Lovely little quirky pub that has recently been renovated. Came last Saturday afternoon with my husband for a few drinks around town and was pleasantly surprised how big it was inside. No seats left outside as the sun was out so we found a seat inside which was nice and cool by the door.
Will definitely be returning in the future!!

It's a little bit out of the way, but easy to walk up if you're near the Albert Dock or Liverpool One
Absolutely amazing bar! Great atmosphere, staff, and drinks selection. The whole place has an amazing feel to it!

My first time here as we are only in Liverpool for one night.
Nice pub, relatively busy for a Thursday evening.
A medium glass of white wine and a pint of Amstel was around £8.
The bar staff were friendly, helpful.
It was nice to see one of the barman come out from behind the bar and spray/ wipe down tables.
Overall a nice experience; if I’m staying in Liverpool again I would visit this pub.
I only gave 4 stars as half the pub was closed for refurbishment. We are revisiting once the works are complete in May. Male toilets are a must see, very quirky. Friendly bar staff. Limited car parking but perfect location if visiting Albert Dock.
Very good pub with a fine selection of beers. Nice interior and good covered outdoor seating are. Been here a few times now and always found the place has a good atmosphere. This being Liverpool the locals are always up for a chat. On top of all this the staff are a friendly and welcoming bunch. We always make a point of popping in when visiting Liverpool.
