We came here on Saturday late afternoon for food and cocktails. We were so impressed the food was lovely. My brother in law had crispy salt and pepper chicken wings which where huge and he said they whete the best hed ever had. Gorgeous pizzas and nachos also cheesy chips and salt and pepper chips. The service was fast and nothing was too much to ask for the staff are lovely. We also enjoyed the cocktails my fave being Mr freezes green tea and long island ice tea. The place itself is great lots of retro gaming an board games to be played. Can't wait to come back soon

This bar is AMAZING! Rang on advance to see if babies are catered for and staff were happy to tell me yes, provide a highchair (even reserved it for my very little v.i.p haha) and advise me of the live music and where was best to sit etc. We ordered food (sloppy joe burgers and fries) and OMG it was GORGEOUS! Fresh, home made, thick actual mince meat burgers not frozen rubbish and full of flavour! Drinks are super cheap too I had to double check the price at the bar as I thought I was undercharged! I would defo recommend here to anyone! Fab service, fab venue and fab food! My 1 yr old LOVED the music too - in a town without many baby friendly eateries this place is a winner! You have 3 very happy returning customers! Thanks dough bar :)
We visited here on a Friday afternoon it weren’t too busy but I could imagine the atmosphere to pick up late on. The food was nice we opted for the jailbird pizza’s and salt and pepper fries. The food did take a little while to come which was surprising given it weren’t too busy. The drinks were stunning considering it was £9 for three cocktails I wasn’t expecting much but they tasted unreal! Highly recommend if your a student or just looking to save some money to come here. There are arcade machines in there and a tv which you can play a console on as well. Decent little bar that’s tucked away but I feel like people should shout this place because I would return :)
Food slaps. Service was epic as well as atmosphere. Me and my dad are big gig goers. We decided this is our Liverpool spot now aha. Really nice place and felt comfortable there. I'm someone with a lot of anxiety too and I felt good in that atmosphere.
Proper retro, loved all the little touches.
Order at the bar and just tell them where you're sitting. The most fantastic selection of pizzas and names for said pizzas, we shared some loaded fries (again several options to choose from).
Biggest problem here is making a decision, as I found myself wanting to try lots.
I don't tend to eat the crusts as I've always thought of the crusts as the tool in which to eat the pizza with toppings... It's usually pretty bland and uninteresting to me. I ate all but one piece of this crust and that was only because I thought if I ate it I might burst.
Dining partner also had ice cream, I couldn't have managed another bite.
I really loved the cinnamon milkshakes, they can make so many different flavours it's great.
Have already decided we must go back to try other pizzas and loaded fries. Its a must visit.
Ordered the the spicy chicken burger and a pizza, food was delicious and fresh. Drinks were very reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. Definitely going back again.
Partner and I went to Dough Bar for something to eat.
Place is really good. Pleasant and friendly vibe with some sports on telly, video games great taste of music and board games on the sides. It is typical students vibes but all ages will be fine.
Staff very friendly, chatty and helpful.
Food was delicious. Kind of street style food but very nice. Very well presented for that kind of bar/pub/restaurant. We didn't wait long for food either and the price is pretty good. If you fancy alcoholic drinks, they tend to have some good deals on thm each day.
We stuck with Ginger Beer as we were driving.
I will be definitely coming back to try other food in that place and also to chill as this area is that kind of place.
We popped in for a quick meal before a gig. The staff were friendly and helpful. The venue is aimed at students and as such is very reasonable priced, especially the cocktails. The food was quick to come out and tasty, in particular the pizza. The hotdog is disappointingly skinny but tasted good. The whole area could of done with a clean, table and seats had crumbs and sticky bits. But overall a great place to grab a bite, cocktail and play some games.
Totally awesome staff food and drinks great way to celebrate being in Liverpool
It was ok but I guess it's a place for younger people but, I still enjoyed the place. Staff very polite and, took their time to make sure I ordered what I wanted. We'll done
Had a lovely brunch/lunch. Lovely quirky little bar with video games. Staff were really friendly and food was delicious.
Our favourite liverpool bar! A great location, fantastic selection of drinks (including cocktails), food is amazing, and the staff are always really lovely too!
