I went into HN today for a new foundation. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Betty who works on the Nars counter. She helped to colour match me and took her time to go through other products that go lovely with the foundation. I will definitely be back for more products as I had a great shopping
Booked a make-up session with a friend & can’t recommend it highly enough. This is the second time Abby has done my make-up and she really knows her products & techniques. She worked miracles on my 60-year-old skin! Ellen, who did my friend’s make up, was brilliant too. A really lovely professional

Had an IV therapy drip (reviv) at Harvey Nichols Liverpool, and wanted to wait a week before I wrote a review. The nurse was very professional, nice and reassuring kept asking how I am doing. I do feel a bit better and will be booking soon for another treatment
Went with my Daughter while she was having a find you wedding scent experience at Jo Malone. Robert was lovely who looked after us. Very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely recommend
Very pleasant and helpful staff but stock levels on things were low, which was surprising. Kept saying they could order things in, which isn't really what you want when you go shopping in shops. You may as well just order things on-line.
My daughter always go here for her makeup we were out for birthday celebrations, so my daughter in law had a mini makeover makeup purchased we went upstairs for cocktails 🍸🍹very relaxed atmosphere cocktails fabulous.
