We visited Harvey Nichols Liverpool yesterday and went to the Hourglass counter… wow what a wonderful experience! We were looked after by a really lovely lady called Jade Ellis, this lady went above and beyond to look after us all she was absolutely wonderful and so very kind.
We all bought lots of lovely things and had so much fun. I wish I could persuade her to work in my shop! Thank you so much Jade! We will be back to see you very soon. Caroline xx

A special thank you to Fiona the Manager. I felt she went above and beyond today trying to sort my issue out. Excellent customer service and lovely lady to boot!! Called when she said she would, said I could leave the item there until she sorted things out as it was heavy, found the receipt using a member number. A credit to the business and a role model for service. Made my day too. Thank you

Every time I walk in the store I’m greeted with smiles and hellos. I always make a beeline straight to Jackie on the perfume counter. Knows her stuff and always goes above and beyond what is expected. A credit to the store

Absolutely lovely service for my Mum and I from Chris at the Chanel counter. So helpful and thoughtful. Thank you!! I would highly recommend buying from this store. I normally buy Chanel beauty online, but this is much more personal and all the lovely packaging and extras you expect from online are available here x

and chanel was welcoming to all the customers they had excellent customer service skills, they were extremely helpful and always there if you need them. We did not get any dirty looks like we had when we went into other stores, to add onto this the hygenie and sanitary conditions of this store were profoundly high, so altogether they and the store were an allowed for an amazing visit.

I made an order online. Went to the store to pick it up, following email instructions. My order was not there but the lovely lady who was serving me, her name was Jaki, guaranteed she would get it sorted for the next day. The problem was the email not the store. And true to her word she had my order ready for the next day. Jaki made what could have been an unpleasant visit into
a very pleasant one with top class customer service. Will definitely use this store again because of the excellent treatment
