We visited Harvey Nichols Liverpool yesterday and went to the Hourglass counter… wow what a wonderful experience! We were looked after by a really lovely lady called Jade Ellis, this lady went above and beyond to look after us all she was absolutely wonderful and so very kind.

I made an order online. Went to the store to pick it up, following email instructions. My order was not there but the lovely lady who was serving me, her name was Jaki, guaranteed she would get it sorted for the next day. The problem was the email not the store. And true to her word she had my order
