Had an amazing veggie breakfast here, the owner hand makes the sausages and the portions are huge. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the owner makes you feel so welcome. Thanks for a lovely morning :-)

Authentic, homemade vegan and vegetarian food, very reasonably priced, served by welcoming staff in a basement 'cocoon'. A retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bold Street above. 5 stars from this new to now regular customer.

Gr8 little hidden gem, worth going exploring to find

My wife and I found Chickpea by pure chance after we had been to Fact to see a film. What a jem of a place, neither my wife and I are vegetarians but we where suprised how great the food was, we popped in for a quick snack and our meals were really tasty and filling. The young lady at Chickpea was very nice and we were made very welcome to her café. We will definitely be going back again and we wish her well with the café.
