It was my mother in laws 72 birthday and I had booked a different restaurant that changed its opening hours the day before and didn't tell us. I rocked up with 4 adults (fussy eaters) and a dog, for a birthday with no where to go. Three little piggies welcomed us without a booking and were super. So accommodating, great service, great food, great with my dog, great wine choice! They even altered one of the starter options so serve it as a snack for my pug! I honestly can't thank them enough for saving rhe day. We had a fab night and ended up staying for a quiz we didnt know was on. Will always return now.

Popped in for a tea, my friend ordered food, it came quickly and was presented beautifully, staff friendly and chatty overall a good experience and looking forward to returning for a meal myself.

Always loved it here, back in the day. Don't know the staff now. Was more than a little disappointed with the dismissive attitude from the bar staff when I asked for ice for my friend, who had somehow trapped his finger in the toilet door! I asked 2 staff. No help. All's they were concerned about was I was apparently behind the bar. I wasn't, by the way. Thankfully the manager jumped in to help. He was very good. Came with the first aid kit and the elusive ice. So, thank you very much to you. To the rest of you ... could do better!

Came for a Sunday roast with my husband l, food was lovely and our server Charlotte was so quick and polite, very helpful because I can be a picky eater too 😊 will definitely be returning

First time here and it wont be the last. Popped in for lunch, food arrived quickly and really nicely cooked and presented...tasted good too. I then ordered dessert...apple crumble...big portion too.
