Heaven for a chocolate lover!
Absolutely brilliant chocolate is served here. We had the Billionaire's Sundae, 85% Dark choco shake and Coconut White choco shake. The drinks and the sundae tasted so good and rich! The staff was very nice as well.

Our first experience of this brand with a cafe. Very sleek and popular with everyone and especially been in the exclusive area of Liverpool one. Staff very helpful and a great range of chocolate of course. Fully recommended. Love the design of the lounge.

We visit this hotel chocolate shop at liverpool and we were not dissaponted. Shop was nice and clean , the smell of chocolate inside is amazing. We decided try hot chocolate and omg soo good! The staff are incredibly friendly. We ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and a mint chocolate shake with chocolate cream. Whilst nice, over £9 for 2 hot drinks is just a bit much for what it is.

This store is like a Tardis, so much bigger on the inside! Lovely staff, super helpful and patient - their Wi-Fi is not the best when trying to use the app - I look forward to having time to sit and relax in the cafe or have an indulgent ice cream.

Always visit on the expectation of samples being handed out. On this occasion, disappointed, but soon cheered up when I saw all the Easter chocolates reduced to about half price. Have a bottle of their Chocolate Gin at home. Fortunately my partner doesn't like it;-) Managed to get out without succ
