Very smooth chocolate and shakes. The sundae is quite heavy for me but still very nice. Can be really packed on weekends. Toilet is great

Have visited here a few times and I'm sad to say considering the fact that this a chocolate 'hotel' the hot chocolate leaves me wanting, more hot chocolate, and considering the fact that there was no classic or milk chocolate available and I had to have a dark and still all I could taste was milk, i wanted a hot chocolate not a hot milk!!!
The layout of the shop could do with a refresh/update, considering its location I would have thought it would a bit more lighter and cheery
I would like to end on a really positive noted, the staff were friendly, and apologetic, and the brownie was absolutely divine 😋😋

Choco addict paradise, the stuff ain't cheap but it's quality gear and you can get your fill no problem. All the staff are friendly and I've realized that chocolate is a serious business. Don't disrespect the aficionados.

Our first experience of this brand with a cafe. Very sleek and popular with everyone and especially been in the exclusive area of Liverpool one. Staff very helpful and a great range of chocolate of course. Fully recommended. Love the design of the lounge.

Absolutely brilliant chocolate is served here. We had the Billionaire's Sundae, 85% Dark choco shake and Coconut White choco shake. The drinks and the sundae tasted so good and rich! The staff was very nice as well.

Safe to say that these do the best Lattes in Liverpool City Centre!
This was my 1st visit and certainly won't be my last as I now have a VIP card to get money off on my future visits.
My mum really enjoyed her cup of English breakfast tea too. Only request from her was to have white sugar as an option.
