Loved the whole experience. Friendly service and staff. Really enjoyed my pizza. I will defiantly go again when there are offers as i went with my husband on a Wednesday special offer via email promotion. So sign up coz they are worth visiting.
It's a great restaurant, busy and lively atmosphere. The staff are amazing! The guy who serves us, wish I'd got his name, couldn't do enough for us, really attentive and to top it all off I've got a tastecard!! Bargain ��

Very good service. Staff were polite and friendly.
Ordered drinks and then food.
Delivery of drinks and food was quick.

Visited here a couple times and always lovely and attentive staff. Took care of us very well and food was excellent! Also made us aware of the pizza express rewards app and we even managed to get some free dough balls for signing up!
Myself and my family had a wonderful meal in Pizza Express Liverpool One on our first night in Liverpool. I was delighted to see they had such an extensive gluten free menu! Our service Sadie was superb, and went above and beyond for us during our visit. From food recommendations, to ensuring my little boy (almost 2) was looked after - she even filled his water bottle for us instead of a cup (which I can guarantee would have gone everywhere!). Sadie then packed up our dessert as we needed to get the little man back to bed. Sadie has genuinely been the nicest server I have ever met and would be the main reason we would return/recommend.
The food was delicious, between 5 of us we had pizza, lasagne and pasta, all of which came quite quick to our table and can honestly say we enjoyed every bite.
Visited from New York the home of pizza, and I’ve got to say pizza express came very close. Our host James was very accommodating and explained the entire menu so we were spoilt for choice, my partner had the pollo ad Astra and loved it. Ryan our waiter was more than friendly, even suggested a few good drinking spots liverpool had to offer. Thanks soo much for the hospitality definitely will return and highly recommend.
Always a great experience. Staff are attentive. The place was busy but it didn’t deter them from providing an exceptional service. Food on point as always.
This pizza express is based at the top of Liverpool one with a load of other restaurants.
You can make a reservation to secure a table or you are able to walk in and see what they have available when you are ready. I visited with a party of 4 and as you can see the table we were placed on was only very small so if you would like a bigger table I would suggest making a reservation.
The restaurant was very busy when we visited and there is not much space between tables so this might be something to think about.
The staff are friendly and will check into make sure everything is ok. The food did not take to long to arrive and was delicious.
I would like to visit again in the future.

First time visiting this Pizza Express Branch.
We had a really nice time, when me and my parents go we buy a lot of different dishes and share them out, we ordered:
Margarita Pizza with Mushrooms and Red Onions
Calzone Verdure
Halloumi Bites
Polenta Chips
Dough Balls x 2
BBQ Dip
This came to approx. £44 which I suppose is quite expensive but you can use your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers here which really helped out.
Everything arrived hot, with the chips being super hot. It was the first time trying a Vegetarian Calzone so it was great to see it on the menu, we split this between the three of us and I'm glad we did as I don't think I could manage one whole to myself as it was quite filling.
The Red Onions on the pizza were not cooked but this seems to happen in all Italian Restaurants these days so I won't mark it down.
The Polenta Chips fell apart, they are super duper soft!!
The halloumi Bites were gorgeous as well as the dip it came with.
Dough balls (a favourite for everyone I think!) We're gorgeous as per usual.
This Pizza Express was in a nice location with some great shops around it, a lot of other eatery's nearby as well which were packed, this Pizza Express had a few people in but it wasn't crowded.
Toilets were nice and clean.
Restaurant was clean and tidy, I felt covid safe here.
Staff were pleasant.
Would visit again 🙂 Think it's a great place to go if you want to eat somewhere quiet. (We did visit Thursday lunch time though! Not at a weekend)
Went for lunch with my 15 year old twins. One is autistic and hasn't been for a meal out in a very long time. The staff made us welcome and let us choose where to sit so it was a quiet area near the door. Food was great. Great experience for us.
The venue is near Liverpool One open air eating and entertainment. The pizerrea does not have outside eating. Very efficient staff took our order and the food was very good.
Family of 5 went out for my daughter's graduation meal. A nice gentleman was out waiter & he was ever so attentive. Lovely food & lovely atmosphere 🍕🍕🍕
