The James Monro

Went here the first time the other weekend, was a bit apprehensive at first as it wasn’t my usual haunt. I’m an old school boy, Masquerade, Gbar, Curzon, Lisbon, Pacos, Escape... before I moved down south... 😕Most of these great venues are either now gone, or no longer the same, with new owners or brand new bars. But this place has kept the old spirit, the friendliness of the scene as it used to be, and good old entertainment. I hope it grows and does well, and next time I’m back, I’ll pop by, One word of warning though...if I get called the Honey Monster as Im walking out again though, I’m gonna take a dump on that Kitty Litter! 🤣
