Lovely fresh food. There are hot options and cold bowl options which feature sashimi. I really enjoy eating here as you can easily customise your meal. I like it here because everything is gluten free so it it safe for customers with coeliac disease who need to worry about cross contamination. I haven't had a reaction after eating here.

Very tasty food, super fast for if you're in a hurry. Portions could be a little larger so not great if you're hungry but good choices and plenty of healthy options. Great range of choice with the all you can drink soft drinks machine!

Very tasty food bowls with friendly staff. We were very quickly served. Perfect for an easy lunch in the cobblestone street next to Liverpool Central Station.

Went today for the third time in as many weeks and has another lovely dish, although this time instead of queueing and ordering it was table service which was a little overly attentive. The protein bowl was nice but a little heavy handed on the sweetcorn. Would definitely go back though and try the rest of the menu.

Very pleasant staff with tasty food that's reasonably priced. Do the date night deal if they're offering it - two bowls, 2 desserts, AND 4 beers or a bottle of wine all for just £25. (P.S. The tofu is better than the fish cakes.)

Outstanding food! Hot damn it was awesome great large portions too and gluten, dairy and wheat free! My wife is GF and DF so we often find it hard to find places this good! GO TO THIS PLACE regardless of your dietary needs, it's badass!!

Amazing food for only £7! You can choose an authentic asian bowl or make your own by choosing a base, a meat, vegetables and so on. There is also a freestyle drinks machine with unlimited refills! Go here it is delicious and gluten free and healthy and has free wifi!

Nice quality fresh food with particularly friendly staff excellent customer service (charged a little less for my step daughter as she didn't have a full dish and complimentary peanut sauce for her to try which she loved) and clean and smart inside. Particularly good for my wife who is gluten free so could eat anything she liked. Only downside I would say is portion size could do with a little more for your £7 bowl especially the chicken/meatballs/fish cakes and although fizzy drinks are refillable be aware they will cost you £2.95 each so consider sharing? Would definitely consider going back if in Liverpool again.
