Had the Chicken & Halloumi wrap, looks plain because I asked for no salad or veg, very very tasty, loads of chicken & Halloumi, chips were lovely too, proper homemade chips, would recommend here without a doubt 👌🏻
Discovered this gem of a place after wandering around looking for a place that wasn't too busy. We both ordered fish and chips, the chips were the best I've ever had. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
Good, tasty, no nonesense grub. Particularly handy if you've had a few too many scoops the night before and only live around the corner. Butties are very tasty. You can eat in or takeaway and the prices are very reasonable. Friendly staff and clientele. You get the feeling that this place has a good proportion of regulars who have been popping in for years. And why not
Great breakfast! Me and my brother had Full English breakfast and it has been great! This cafe is very cozy. I like it! A stuff is very friendly. The stuff does not come when you use a mobile phones. It is good idea. Recommend.
Love this cafe, food is fabulous all made fresh. Soups are gorgeous I had the fish soup today and my husband had the mince pie (savoury) which he loves so much he has had it on his last three visits!! Staff are really friendly and helpful. 18/11/2013

Lived in Liverpool for 5 years and I'm gutted I didn't realise the café was there sooner - it's a stone's throw from The Tavern! Really friendly and attentive staff, beautifully decorated and the food is really nice and a good price. Will definitely be going back.
Food was great, me and my friend both orderd sandwhiches he got the chicken club and loved it, i got the BLT it was delicious, they done my bacon just right both sandwiches came with chips and coleslaw. Would recommend to anyone, was lovely place to be in
