I've always loved Cafe Nero, this particular store on Castle Street is fantastic. As somebody who's very fussy over their coffee, this store is definitely a winner for me always clean, always quick but friendly service- the staff are faultless! Definitely my regular coffee spot, the team here are genuinely wonderful

I used to work on Castle Street for 8 years and this was the local coffee shop.
When I occasionally get the bus into town (to get my steps up!) I always get a Strong White Americano with cold milk 👌

Never really liked Nero Branches. But really loved this one. And Honey Oat Latte is probably the best latte I ever had ☕️🍯 will be visiting here often 100%

I love the Cafe Nero green tea, great sized tea bag with loose leaf-the good quality tea! When I came into this particular Nero's, I was shocked at how fast the queue went down, due to two very hard working staff members, I would like to say how great they were! KRILL & NESS!!

Nero never lets me down. Always great coffee. Don't know why I ever bother with Starbucks or Costa.

A nice café with good coffee and cakes. It is situated inside a building with beautiful architecture and the interior is nice as well.

The 2 ladies serving this morning are like a well oiled machine. They serve so many customers in such a short time with Americans, capachinos, food, you name it. They do not even bump into each other. AMAZING 5 stars for sure

Serves great Americano coffee with the option of extra strength which is appreciated. Nice freshly made pastries. Efficient, friendly staff in an historic building is a great place for a casual breakfast.

Gets very busy just after 12pm. Limited seating because it's a small place. Nice choice of paninis and the usual coffee shop food. Pretty building. Toilets miles away and unisex 🚻.
