My favourite ice cream vendor , visited and as I haven't been anywhere near a Thorntons shop since before lockdown decided it should be a double scoop cone for my friend and myself. Served promptly and hygiene was given top priority with the assistant using latex gloves & passing the cone with a napkin around it ( top marks Thorntons) !

Great little cafe and all staff were wearing PPE + socially distancing the tables. Ice cream was lovely and cake was super.

I can honestly say this is the best thorntons shop i have ever been to. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Nicely laid out cafe and shop. Excellent food and drinks. Cant wait to go back.

I love the cafe here love the cappuccinos here so lovely and hot. Some places when u get a cappuccino and you take a sip is lukewarm. I like hot drinks were I know some people like a little bit cooler than I do but here you get it hot so you have the option to let it cool if you prefer a cooler drink. Also the scones and cream and really nice.

Been in a few times now and service has always been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are so friendly. Lattes are lovely and like the added touch of a chocolate to have with your drink. Would definitely recommend!!

I'm a chocoholic so Thornton's is my idea of heaven. I had a toasted sandwich and coffee and was rewarded with a couple of little chocs to go with my lunch. The place was clean even though it was busy and tables were cleared quickly. A good experience.

Big improvement since it's re opened, clean& bright , good choice of chocolate goodies and the new look coffee bar is 100% better, I like the fact that once you have ordered food/drink they bring your drinks and food to the table, good customer service from all staff,only four stars as we had to clear a table before we sat down but will return.

Always friendly to me and my family/friends whenever we go.
Received a nice compliment from the lovely lady making my mocha which was cute and appreciated as I was having a bad day that day. Thank you!
