Very nice food, lovely staff and cheap prices.
It can get busy between the hour as 12PM-2PM as it is in the middle of the business district in the city and it is used by a large number of works from around the area.
Even during these times the longest i have waited for food and drink has been 10 minutes and they staff usually try to make you aware there will be a short delay.
