Waterloo Place

Couldn't really complain about this place at all. My three children and I wanted a quick snack before we went to the beach. We had no problem finding seats and we were served promptly at the counter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was perhaps a little bit pricey, BUT it came quickly and was absolutely delicious (though we were gutted that the pancakes weren't available!) You could tell it was all freshly made. My children had a tuna toastie each and I had a jacket potato with tuna, both of which came with a little salad. We had an iced donut for dessert and the coffee I had was nice too. There was only one toilet that was very busy and thus, understandably, a little messy, but otherwise Waterloo Sunset Cafe is a lovely little cafe in a handy location, not far from the park or beach.

Lovely coffee shop to pop in after a walk along the beach, reasonably priced and lovely staff. Facilities are very clean! Ive called here a few times now throughout the year. But I was here a few weeks back around 4pm ish by the time I'd walked from ainsdale, and it was closed not sure if the their times have change as the seasons change.
