I've just waited at the front of the cue for them to ignore me and serv to police women not that that pissed me off nobody spoke to me awful. Gone to Costa next block along perfect service brilliant should go there

Just stopped for a couple of coffees and we were greeted by a lovely young lady with a really nice manner. Chatty and professional and obviously enjoys her job. Wish we caught her name to mention her. Nice start to the day.

If I would like a small/medium coffee, will I get an empty cup? I've ordered a large cappuccino and received less than half of it, as you can expect it was bitter as it barely had milk in it. Disappointed.
