After our first visit to the new store I have to echo the remarks regarding the very poor coffee shop. As customers who visit Southport and Warrington, shop and have lunch, we were appalled at the size layout and general atmosphere of the coffee shop. A very disappointing visit.

Very tasty afternoon tea for a very cheap price at its own cafeteria. Lots selection of best quality cheesecakes and desserts can be found in the food court. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
M & S here is always a combination of food, grocery, medicine, and wears.

Very helpful staff if they didn't have what I wanted was ordered an collect in store the next day after midday and they send message when your item is ready to collect and will hold it for 7 days
