I don't get to visit here very often since I don't drive. This time I got to go with some friends, and we bought lots of lovely plants! The atmosphere is great here, the plants are beautiful and well organised. This is more than just a garden centre. It's a destination. They have great food here, lovely household wares, a few clothes even and a small range of high-quality jams and sweets. Good for a quiet morning out without the kids.

The best garden centre around, and great little areasto explore, with different landscape and architectural features. Not your usual tables and beds of plants centre.

This was a chance discovery when looking to go for lunch after visiting Crosby Beach. What a wonderful garden centre that is so much more. An amazing gift shop packed full of amazing things you need to have or are wonderful presents. We found the restaurant, a very helpful lady got us a menu as I was with a person with mobility issues. I was able to order at the counter where very helpful staff were on hand. We choose fishfinger sandwich and tuna and cheese toasty with chips along with cold orchard fruit sparking drink. It didn't take long for our food to arrive which was really good. There is a wonderful seating area to eat outside in a beautiful garden setting. Meandering paths take you around the outdoor plant selection which are beautifully displayed. There is also a lake and a tranquil japanese pond. We look forward to returning soon.

I was surprised at how big this place is. There is so much choice and the whole store is kept in really good order. The plants are looked after, and the condition is excellent. It's a bit pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. The flora and fauna are amazing. It so big you could spend the day there and they have a duck lake.....honestly. a great place , well worth a visit.

Great garden centre for most of your needs. Great to see a fantastic collection of plants available for autumn and winter, as well as ideas and suggestions for spring. The garden centre is also getting it's Christmas displays ready. Had a great afternoon tea with family this afternoon.

I've recently moved to Southport and went into the Lady green garden center to get some bits to spruce up the garden. It's so much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It has a huge collection of things to buy, not just gardening, but gifts too. It has scented candles and room fragrances, handmade soaps and beauty/ body care. Hand/body creams, food gifts, baby gifts, books and a few children's teddies and toys as well as all the usual garden things, including garden ornaments, furniture's, bbqs and heating. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of things they stocked, their plant section is amazing, but it is quite expensive. You could easily get items much cheaper somewhere else (especially plants, planting stuff snd furniture) but they do have an amazing collection of plants (things that are harder to come by elsewhere) that are in excellent condition. I don't think i saw one unhappy plant, they all looked well cared for and really healthy. We went on a day where it was absolutely chucking it down with rain, so we didn't get to walk round outside much (I did with my brolly before it got too bad), and it's so beautiful. There are plenty of outdoor areas to sit down. And enjoy the view. We went for a cuppa afterwards with our little one, in the cafe and was impressed to find they have a vegan cake on offer. As a family who can't tolerate dairy, this was a pleasant surprise. You can sign up for a store reward card, which we didn't (I got a leaflet which I read later and wish I'd read sooner/ have also photographed). If you sign up (£12 for the year) you get 2 cups of tea free each month. If we'd have signed up, we had had our tea for free! Well worth considering if you know you'll go once a month. I've included some photos of the vegan cake as well as some of the things we bought and the menu! Overall, it has a great selection of plants that are healthy and thriving, and garden stuff as well as nice gifts and smellies, but it is all a bit more expensive than other garden centers.

Loved this place, first time we have been. Great range of plants and a really nice cafe/restaurant. Went out of their way to accommodate my little boy too.

One of the best garden centres I've been to several times. Great choice of plants, sheds, ornaments and so on. Big restaurant though we haven't tried that yet. Haven't been there in the summer but can imagine it will be lovely outside. Also, they had a great sale on out door clothes. These were branded, well-known makes and rock bottom prices. My wife and I bought several fleeces and a waterproof jacket. Overall, highly recommended.

Lovely garden centre with areas with planting ideas. Enjoyed coffee and cake from restaurant in pleasant outdoor area. Gluten free Carrot cake below Lemon Drizzle slices so could have crumbs dropping onto the Gluten free cake. Please consider putting your gluten free cakes together to reduce risk of cross contamination from cakes containing gluten. Selection of 3 different wapped tarts by We Love Gluten as well. Need to improve knowledge of cross contamination when catering for people with Coeliac Disease.

Lady Green Garden center is a place I come to visit whenever I am in town. Not only do they have a large variety of plants they also have a cafe, gifts and gardens to wander through. This is a great place to shop for all your garden and gift needs and then have a cup of tea with a meal.

Can't recommend this garden centre highly enough! Called in on the way back from Blundell Sands and am glad I did. The whole place is tastefully designed and laid out, the outside being especially pleasant and thoughtfully arranged. The most pleasing thing for me was the balance between home/household items and horticultural stock; this garden centre has it right. Remembering it's a garden centre foremost and broadening into the many other things we now expect to find without compromising it's identity. The large and comfortable cafe added to the pleasant surroundings, with a good choice of food and drink. And the plus during these times has to be the sensible pricing. You can get all you need and more without feeling overcharged. Well worth a visit.
