Four members of staff & overhearing a manager saying not to be rude to anyone. We were the only customers and not a single member of staff acknowledged us when leaving. ‘Thanks, see you again.’ ?? Not likely!!

Coffee was fine, but the café was very noisy and chaotic, not a relaxing place to sit.

Staff are extremely rude. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Better Starbucks in the city centre that don’t treat you like an inconvenience.

It's really rare you can get it wrong with a coffee really, that's why I wanted to point out how disgusting the toilets were. They had a '90s feeling and totally different from what they have at the front of the shop.
