Lovely staff! One girl in particular (coincidentally has the same name as me, Sadie) was so lovely. Such a gorgeous soul. Service from her was absolutely outstanding, and converted me from a costa fan to a Starbucks girl! THANK YOU SADIE! X
Standard Starbucks offering. The seating area is larger than average so if you wanted to work or sit for a while, it's a decent one.
The team at Old Hall Street Starbucks are always friendly and know their regulars very well!
Top customer service and they do some great events for charitable causes as well!

Coffees are delicious and nicely prepared and staff.
The staff are lovely and it's rarely too busy. However it is tile floor /glass walls so struggles to seem warm or comfortable... Good for a takeout, I wouldn't stay.
Well I only use the drive through of this place and the staff always seem really cheerful and happy. I don't know if that's a genuine happiness (they are mostly students so should be happy) or a corporate smile they adopt when crossing the bucks threshold. Either way it's pleasant when I drive up.
Bit awkward to get to as it's on edge lane so you either have to cross at least 3 lanes of traffic to get in or you turn around in the Halfords car park. If you are already in that lane...bonus I guess.
It's opposite a KFC too...but if you are buying coffee and fried chicken at the same time I will pray for your digestive system now.
Also Starbucks is better than Costa. I don't know why it just seems more...relaxed...
Anyway I'm rambling. Is anyone still reading. Well done to get to this bit. I don't even know what I wrote at this point as I got the coffee jitters
Great space for a hot drink, with friendly staff and good chilled music. I was pleasantly surprised to find my regular peppermint tea looked like a large.
Very clean and the drink are nice. Can some times get very busy around the lunch time hours so it you want a quiet chat try and avoid these times.
Great staff who despite a mistake on one drink, were happy to rectify it quickly and without fuss. Friendly and helpful and usual quality Starbucks

Amazing coffee and amazing staff, I usually go to Starbucks but have never been in one like this.
