The venue is an old pub, little has been spent on doing it up but it is clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The zigni and njera were awesome, hot plentiful and very tasty. Zigni we had one with rice and one with njera. They also deliver. Well recommend this place.

The food is really delicious and the staff are very friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. There were five of us and we all had the Yetsom beyaynetu to share. We were served with plenty of injera to go with the six different dishes we had on the platter. There were a few different lentil and split pea dishes and then three veg ones- cabbage, spinach and green beans. A very relaxed setting, that’s good to visit with friends if you want a delicious meal.

Such a nice experience. Food is great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Got to warn that it's an acquired taste. But the staff was amazing to guide us through the menu. Enjoy

My favourite restaurant in Liverpool, very authentic, cheap and friendly staff. Vegan friendly but lots of good meat dishes as well.

I visit this beautifull restaurant every now and again, its run by a friendly family, the food is delicious, the restaurant serves food which is suitable for meat lovers as well as vegetarians or vegans. The price is reasonable, if you love coffee thats the place to go, they serve coffee in a traditional way, you can get the real taste of original habesha coffee....

The sharing plate was bought for 2 but easily enough for three. Great food well cooked and a friendly environment. The best casual dining in town. I'll be back again as soon as I can think of a reason.

Tried Ethiopian/Eritrean food a few times but this is by far and away the best! The Injera is exceptional and the dishes I have tried have been insanely flavourful! Absolutely delicious, have ordered take out twice but will definitely be visiting the restaurant soon 10/10.

Unassuming from the outside, don't let that put you off. Friendly service and the food was absolutely delicious. Very generous portions and good price for the quality and quantity. Will definitely be back!!
