Came in with my girlfriend to get a coffee and study James M was amazing he kept chatting to us as he cleaned about was talking about books we’ve read will come back

James M was amazing had a great time in store I kept on talking to him and he was chatting with me in between his cleaning found the perfect coffee place to read my books in he offered great book suggestions will be my regular place now that the staff has been sorted out

Everything was great, but I like my coffee really 🔥 and this one was not, apart from that it was a very clean, had friendly staff and service was great.

Visited the store today both Holly and Lisa are lovely girls most friendly staff always chatting and smiling with customers and I’m always in here getting my drinks lisa is great at getting the que down and making a amazing drinks always to best standards !! Store always clean and tidy

Usually understaffed especially as to how popular this place is, but customer service is good, drinks are nice, but some of the food has been left out for too long. Usually expensive, do not order ANY ICED TEAS. I made the mistake of ordering that, tasted like extremely bitter tea, and someone had squeezed in an out of date peach.

This Costa has only just reopened after a complete refurb and looks beautiful. The counter has more space, lighting is better and really nice chairs, it still needs a few finishing touches but is lovely overall and the staff are very friendly and make wonderful coffees☕ I recommend to all to give it a try.

Social distancing measures in place but coffee perfect and on time. Best take out cups around. Warm for quite a while.

What looks like a tiny shop from the outside is completely misleading as when you get inside, the store stretches back really far.
Despite being a franchise, the store looks well maintained with plug sockets everywhere for those that need to plug in their laptops and phones.
The staff seem friendly and chatty too, which helps make it a really nice place to stop for a cuppa.
If you're parking nearby there's ple ty of free parking available on the side streets outside the store.
