I recently dropped by the city center McDonald's and found it to be a popular spot, bustling with activity. The place was quite busy, but surprisingly, my food arrived quickly.
I ordered the classic Big Mac, and I must say, it was fantastic! The burger arrived hot, and the flavors were on point. The special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions combined perfectly to create a delicious treat.
The restaurant's ambiance was what you'd expect from a city center location, with a constant flow of customers. Despite the crowd, the staff managed to keep things running smoothly, and the dining area remained clean.
The only minor inconvenience was the limited nearby parking options, but that's typical of city centers.
Overall, this McDonald's is a lively hub for quick, satisfying bites. I'd recommend the Big Mac to anyone looking for a classic and delicious choice. With its prompt service and lively atmosphere, it's a great spot to grab a quick meal while exploring the city. Giving it 4 stars for a well-rounded experience.
Very busy bank holiday when I visited after a night out, customers were very loud but the staff at this mcdonalds handled it very well and kept the restaurant as clean as possible, fast service and especially the female security who was a great pleasure to encounter her name is Kelly as she helped out the staff and was so much fun, this is the sort of security you wish to see
Service was top notch, great dishes too, didn't wait for long, guess cause of lesser queue
Probably not the best place to put this, but today I witnessed one of your employees handing a coffee to a customer, the coffee ended up all over his son and he began shouting everywhere about how she purposely threw the coffee over him. From my perspective, it looked like the kid grabbed the cup as soon as she placed it down and poured it all over himself. The poor girl who was handing out food did nothing wrong! I just wanted to get that out there in case a complaint is made against her.

It’s rare I’d go as far as five stars for a McDonald’s.
It’s all the usual prices and the same usual food you’d find in a McDonald’s, it’s the wait that makes the difference. The staff in this particular McDonalds, work at lightning ⚡️ speed.
Once you have placed your order, your wait is a couple of minutes if that. I’d never had any issue in this one.
Keep up the amazing work. These staff all deserve a pay increase!
I didn't have food just a coffee while waiting for a friend. But I cant fault the staff here. Very friendly & helpful staff who assisted me is I have a visual impairment. The atmosphere here is pleasant.
My daughter and her friends call this the posh maccies. If it's busy go upstairs and get table service. Wet floors downstairs and on the stairs are a bit lethal
Nice and clean compared with a couple of others we went to while we were there. Only had hot chocolate but service was quick , staff were polite. Definitely use that one again
