Gets four stars, as against all odds in Huyton, or the borderlands of, is selling and continuing to sell a real ale. Even stranger a nice real ale, Wright's on cask. It's nice, and very reasonable at £2.25 a pint. Support the pub by going there and drinking some. It needs your support.
A good place to meet, catch up and have something to eat, good parking and easy to find. Staff are always friendly and the service is good, can get busy over the weekend but always a good atmosphere.
