Subway - North John Street

Badly made sandwich due to poor compiling and folding skills, it fell out everywhere when i opended it and had sauce on the outer wraooer. It was also not to store specifications (I used to work for the company ) too much meat and too little veg. They didn't have the ingredients for the original sandwich I wanted and the coffee machine was switched off so I couldn't make it meal deal which was part of the reason I went there in the first place. Disappointing and now I still need a coffee ! Wasn't even allowed my receipt so I could complain vs the website so now doing it publically. Train your staff

Bad service ever from subway we knew. Never see attitude from supervisor of the place like this. She made mistake not add topping and we left and returned to add it but she refused without any reason. We asked for new ordered but she refused to serve us even we want to pay for it. It is strange from Subway staff and not acceptable. We hope management take corrective action to satisfy their customers.

Normally nice and friendly service but the staff member today was not friendly or polite. She walked out from the back and ignored me, I was the only customer in the shop. Then when she eventually took my order she made little to no eye contact. After paying for my sub she just walked away and I had to stretch over the counter to grab my sub. The whole time I was in the shop she was having a conversation with the other staff member and she was more involved with that conversation than dealing with me. The other staff member was cleaning down the work surface using a spray bottle. The contents of the bottle was sprayed over all the uncovered food. I don't expect a 5 star service but a little bit of professionalism would be nice. Won't go back again

I like subway but I won't go this branch any more. One woman worker was very arrogant and unclean. At the paper wrap, there were some sauce marks that even she didn't know. I said about the mark but her attitude was really bad and the sandwich inside was all spilled so I couldn't eat well. Anyway the woman worker at here should be educated more. Please go to another subway near.

Shame on Subway for not training their staff on customer service. I experienced a very rude and poor customer service. A blonde girl working at subway on Tuesday was so inconsiderate when I asked her to not cut my subway as I wanted it whole. She replied in a abrupt manner " I can't do that". WTF??? Wasn't much to ask??? I think they have to look at it seriously and hire better staff- I would appreciate a free sub if I ever choose to return
