Liverpool institution! Before Greggs came along and stomped all over it unfortunately.
Food is reasonably priced, and I have eaten from here off and on for 30 years, so you know what you are getting! Their crusty loaves are perfect for chippy chips for a treat tea, and the breakfast toasties are perfect
