This is my first time order from Latakia but I had very worst experience from them. There food and service was very poor. Firstly they didn’t give attention in order and food quality was not good. I have paid separate money for salad but lettuce was old and sauces in the burger was not good at all. This is first time bad experience in Arabic food. Usually it’s delicious and u had order our common food what we normally have from Arabic place. I don’t want to give any rate to them

Really friendly Syrian staff member named Ali. Unfortunately we saw a mosquito over the food but with customers coming in and out, that was bound to happen. None the less, he was really generous to us with the food quantity and was talkative with us. We were visiting Liverpool for a few hours and it was a good idea we had our meal here.

Forget about Bakchich and Damas, here you get the real Lebanese Food! It might well be the best Fastfood shop and the best Lebanese restaurant in Liverpool! It doesn't take more than 3 mins until you get your food; the quality of it is insane and you also get a huge portion which may make it difficult to move afterwards...;) Overall, I was completely satisfied with it and I will surely go again!

1 star isnt even low enough for the service I have recieved (or haven't as I actually didn't receive my order) placed my order at 21:10, was told it would arrive at 22:10. At 22:40 I rang to see where my order was. I told them that I had not recieved a phone call or my order. I was then told that the driver had given my food to someone else (which i dont even know how that is possible as I live in a block of flats and the driver would therefore have to call me) I then recieved a phone call from a man who was very apologetic and said that fresh food would be sent out again and I told and had it confirmed that the driver would phone me whenever he was outside. At 00:20 (with 10 minutes of them still being able to take orders) I asked where my order was as it had been 3 hours since I've ordered. They told me that the driver had said my boyfriend took it up for me. I told them that I have not recieved my food and I did not recieve a phone call which i should have done. There response was ,well we are closed now so there is nothing we can do.
Such a load of bulls*** didnt recieve an apology or anything. Very annoyed and still very hungry

We tried LATAKIA for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back

Really unreliable service. Can't get through to check where the food is after it already being half an hour late. Will have to leave for work with an empty stomach due to these jokers. Nice one.
