Mcdonald's

I going To start to say, take a order took forever 15 min in drive thruway to tell me no more breakfast and other 10 min to get away from car line. Second they cut breakfast before 11am. Order a pizza 🍕 now is faster than a industrial burger. Lame 😒 Thanks McDonald’s you make me feel like a Karen today 👍

I swear, half the time the order is messed up at this location. When it's good it's good, but that's about 50% of the time. Today they left off the add ons to my burger which I paid extra for, and also punched in my combo items all individually instead of as a meal so it cost even more. The burger was fine, if you're the kind of psychopath who wants ONLY pickles and cheese on your quarter pounder deluxe. I've had more problems at this specific McDonald's than at any other fast food joint anywhere. I'm not sure what the issue is here, but something needs to be done differently.

This has got to be the worst customer experience ever. For several months the doors were always locked you are forced to go through drive thru even though there are several hotels in the area visitors from the hotel who might want to walk over will be locked out they wont be able to get in the building they will have to walk back to their hotel or find someplace better. Then randomly when the door is open I'm yelled at that I must order through kiosk I cant pay with cash, weird???? Ok this will be my last time coming here I wont be surprised that this location closes they are losing so many customers.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds around. You wait forever for help and they are so rude just throw the food at you and don't say a word. Then tonight I took my son there because he wanted it so bad and not even 30 minutes after eating a kids meal he is getting sick. He has gotten sick 3 times in an hour and now has diarrhea and he is ghostly white. Do not go to this one spend the extra gas and go to north Syracuse.

Went here around 10pm. One car in front of me. Food was ready 30 seconds after I payed. I was surprised at how fast it was. They have a sign that says, "welcome to the fastest McDonald's" or something like that. The reason I knocked off stars is because the buns were stale and the fries were a little undercooked.
