Visited the cafe this morning with my boyfriend as it’s my 21st birthday and we wanted a late brunch/lunch. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and food, definitely the best tuna panini I’ve had 😂

Popped in here after shopping in Speke. It is a proper little coffee shop in the heart of the community. It was good hearing some of the interactions between the staff and customers - everyone was really nice.
My first thoughts were that the prices were a bit expensive, however the food was worth it! Unfortunately we visited on a rainy day but I'd imagine that when the weather is nice that it'd be lovely to sit outside. Will be back, when next in the area!

Amakura is such a little gem in the heart of south Liverpool. The staff are always so friendly, especially Kathy. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I always look forward to having lunch here and would highly recommend.

My family and I have been visiting Amakura for a few years now. What a truly wonderful little cafe, right in the heart of our community. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. For us it feels like a real home from home, always greeted with a such a warm welcome. Kathy always looks after us so well!

I like to visit Amakura after I have done my training session. It's in a good location. Friendly staff and the food is made to order which is always freshly cooked. On a sunny day it's nice to sit outside.

Great place! My mum said she had the best omelette she’d had in her life. I moved the home made coleslaw. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful cafe and fantastic staff. Cathy is fabulous. Warm, friendly, great laugh and a great listener. Coffee and food always perfect. Highly recommended. An asset to the local area and just the right distance for my wife to walk post open heart surgery.
