My family had the function area for 2 funerals recently. The bar staff are absolutely lovely! room is always clean. The only thing that let's this place down is the buffet food.
First time food was presented nicely and was a decent range...the scouse/hotpot was lovely, curry also nice however on second occasion the rice was only partially cooked lots of uncooked bits, sandwiches, we had the option of ham &cheese together there was about 5 platters of the same sandwiches which were just cut in half and most where hard.
Lots of food wasted unfortunately on both occasions.

It's relatively cheap at £5 per hour. Wednesdays half price. In fact if you play over 2 hours on any day then your third hour and any more hours will be half price. They have a good number of tables. Place needs a bit of tlc but it's a snooker club so doesn't really matter. Quite quiet most of the time which is good for practicing.
**RING TO CHECK IF OPEN AS I'M SURE THE HOURS ON GOOGLE ARE WRONG** THEY DON'T OPEN UNTIL 4PM MOST DAYS.

Snooker club with twelve tables. It has a room with a bar and stage. The night I visited Tuesday they had a Banjo and ukelele session on which was quite fun. Other nights were advertised.
