We dined at Frankie and Benny’s near the McArthur Glen shopping outlet Livingston. First, I have to mention the lady who served our table - although I don’t know her name - as she has perfected customer service. We remembered her from the last time we were there a year ago because she was so good. She times everything perfectly - from taking our orders, serving our food, replenishing drinks - and what a memory she has for taking the orders (starters and mains for 5 and not a pen, paper or tablet was used - it takes me to remember what I want to order for myself!!!). She’s very friendly without being obtrusive. Oh! and of course the food, as always we certainly weren’t disappointed - all lovely and piping hot and certainly no complaints about the price. We always order everything to share between us and they automatically brought us individual plates as well as the plates of food we ordered, without having to ask - the lady serving really does pay attention to what we’re saying. So a special thank you to her from us.

This is my new favourite restaurant! Never been to Frankie and Benny’s before, this was my first time, got served by a sweet and bubbly personality (Andra I believe), service was great I felt very comfortable, and the food was even better. I got a bacon burger and cheese fries, delicious! Coming back soon!

Been in Scotland for 2 weeks on holiday, and been here 3 times! Not something I usually do, but the friendly staff and lovely food made me return. I’m trying to eat healthy, even on holiday so opted for their salads. Fresh ingredients, and they served the dressing on the side, so I could have what I wanted. Great value for money.
